✦ Returns + Refunds:
- All sales are final & I do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time! Please keep this in mind before purchasing.
- However, if your product was damaged or lost during transit please feel free to send me an email through my shop's contact form (please make sure to include your order number and full name), and I'll see what we can work out!
- Though, if the product was marked as delivered through tracking, I am unable to replace products, as I am not responsible for damaged or lost products after delivery.
✦ Delivery Address + Order Information:
- Please make sure that the delivery address and order information are correct before placing an order! If you spot an error, please contact me via email as soon as possible so I could correct the address before shipping out the order.
- I usually pack and ship orders around 1-2 business weeks after an order is placed, so please take advantage of this period to make sure your information is correct before I ship out the order!
✦ Q: How does shipping work?
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight/dimensions of the package and the destination, and usually includes tracking.
- I process orders around 1-2 business weeks from the date of purchase, roughly, with USPS. Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any shipping delays by USPS. If your order has been in transit for a long time, I would recommend contacting USPS to see if they could locate it.
- If you haven't received an order with a tracking number in over 8 weeks (or if you have received incorrect items), please let me know via my contact form including your order number and full name and I will see what I can do!
✦ Q: International shipping?
- At this time, I unfortunately do not ship internationally! Shipping, for now, is limited locally to the US, due to the situation involving tariffs. That, and I am also still trying to get used to shipping items out! Thanks for having patience with me!
